The word ‘asana’ literally means ‘posture.’ When we talk about Hatha Yoga, most people envision this concept. In the Classical Hatha Yoga system, we refer to the practice of postures as ‘Yogasanas.’ This practice allows you to experience an inner union by assuming specific postures, or Yogasanas. While Ardhasiddhasana (a sitting posture) might offer the most comfortable experience for this union, it’s worth noting that achieving this level of comfort is easier said than done. Only a few individuals find it feasible to seamlessly adopt a sitting posture and feel completely at ease.

Through dedicated Yogasanas practice, you gradually mold your body in a way that makes achieving such postures possible. This journey also leads to increased comfort and a more gratifying connection with your physical self. Notably, your body will attain enhanced flexibility and strength, especially within the spine, joints, and around the organs.

What is Yogasanas

The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction.

In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

What do you get

The practice will be taught in 4 sessions of 2.5 hours. It is mandatory to show up for all 4 sessions to complete the program.

After completing this program you will be able to practice this powerful process on your own, without being dependent on a teacher to guide you. This authentic yogic technology will be with you for life.

To support you with your practice I will offer review and correction sessions. Also I will always be there to answer any of your questions via Whatsapp, e-mail or call.

Your Guide to Yogasanas

This pratcice is suitable for ages 8 and above.
Pregnant Women: Not recommended due to the unique nature of Surya Kriya.
Active Hernia: Advisable to avoid, as certain postures may exacerbate the condition.
Serious Back Disease: Avoid if you have serious back conditions to prevent strain or discomfort.
