What is Angamardana

Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health.

In Angamardana, you use your own body weight and momentum to increase the flexibility of the muscle over a period of time. It is just a 35 minute process as it is being taught today by us, and in terms of health and wellbeing it can do miracles. It is as effective in building the body as any weight training is, and it does not create any unnecessary stress on the system.

What do you get

Angamardana will be taught in 4 sessions over 2 weekends. This will allowing your body to have the time to adjust, rest as well as to get familiar with the process. After first session you will be able to start practicing and gradually integrate it into your daily practice. 

After completing this program you will be able to practice this powerful process on your own, without being dependent on a teacher to guide you. This authentic yogic technology will be with you for life.
