Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the
opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental
health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs,
organs and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body
on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal
structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It strengthens
the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years
off the body.

After completing this program you will be able to practice this powerful process on your own, without being dependent on a teacher to guide you. This authentic yogic technology will be with you for life. To support you with your practice I will offer review and correction sessions. Also I will always be there to answer any of your questions.

• Beginner – 8 years and above.
• Pregnant women and people with serious back disease or active hernia should not practice Angamardana.
• People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.
