Liferoots is the brainchild of Olya, a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher in Amsterdam with 16 years of experience.

My journey with Isha Hatha Yoga began in 2017. As my passion grew, I had the privilege of visiting the Isha foundation and Ashram in India, where I further immersed myself in the practice. In 2019 I was certified to transmit Classical Hatha Yoga after completing 21 weeks (1750 hours) of transformative training at ISHA Hatha Yoga school in Coimbatore/ South India.
