These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all participants.<br \/>Those who make their booking must accept the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p><\/div><div><h3>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h3><p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p><p>We require payment in full at the time of online registration to hold your space for a programme.<\/p><\/div><div><h3>Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h3><p>If you are unable to attend a programme that you have booked and paid for, please notify us by writing to us at<br \/><a href=\"mailto:info@liferoots.nl\">info@liferoots.nl<\/a> with full details. We can offer you the following refund amounts:<\/p><p>Programs in Person<\/p><ul><li>Cancellation within 15 days of programme start date: 75% of the price you paid will be refunded.<\/li><li>Cancellation within 10 days of programme start date: 50% of the price you paid will be refunded.<\/li><li>Cancellation within 5 days of programme start date: 25% of the price you paid will be refunded.<\/li><li>Once the programme has begun: No refunds will be issued. If you have to leave early, LifeRoots cannot provide compensation.<\/li><\/ul><div>Online Programs<\/div><ul><li>Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for online programs are final and non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><p>If LifeRoots cancels a workshop, a full refund will be issued to you.<\/p><p>To submit a cancellation and refund request, please email <a href=\"mailto:info@liferoots.nl\">info@liferoots.nl<\/a> with the following details:<\/p><ul><li>Your Name<\/li><li>Booking Reservation Number<\/li><li>Date and Name of the Programme<\/li><li>Reason for Cancelling<\/li><\/ul><p>Returns and refunds are usually issued within 15 working days after you receive our email message confirming your cancellation.<\/p><\/div><div><h3>Programme Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h3><ul><li>LifeRoots reserves the right to make alterations to the timetabled classes, teachers, and facilities without notice.<\/li><li>Participants may not attend any session without first booking and\/or paying for the relevant session.<\/li><li>Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available.<\/li><li>Reservations for classes are held only until the class start time. Late arrivals will be denied entry and no refunds will be given.<\/li><li>LifeRoots reserves the right to refuse entry based on misconduct or disruption.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div><h3>Participant Medical Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h3><ul><li>Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations on their LifeRoots Registration form prior to attending a programme.<\/li><li>Participants are advised to seek medical advice before undertaking physical activities if they have or suspect any existing physical condition.<\/li><li>LifeRoots reserves the right to refuse access if it is considered that the participant's health would be adversely affected.<\/li><li>Participants must notify LifeRoots of any change in circumstances affecting their health when attending a programme.<\/li><li>Participants are expected to follow their teacher\u2019s instructions.
