My name is Olya, and I have been teaching yoga for the last 15 years. I embarked on the Yoga path with a deep longing to experience the oneness of existence and unlock my fullest potential.<\/p>

My journey with Isha Hatha Yoga began in 2017. As my passion grew, I had the privilege of visiting the Isha foundation and Ashram in India, where I further immersed myself in the practice. In 2019 I was certified to transmit Classical Hatha Yoga after
completing 21 weeks (1750 hours) of transformative training at ISHA Hatha Yoga school in Coimbatore\/ South India.<\/p>

My mission is to transform the way the Western world perceives and embraces Yoga by providing authentic Yoga technology for self-transformation and realization. This transformative approach has been meticulously designed by Sadhguru, a renowned and enlightened yogi of our time. I am dedicated to making the profound wisdom of Yoga accessible to all individuals on their spiritual journey.<\/div>

In addition, I am committed to propelling the world towards a conscious way of living, expediting the global shift towards a more awakened and compassionate existence. My vision is to foster an all-inclusive society that prioritizes the well-being of all life forms on our planet.<\/p>
